The Shopify integration allows Karla to provide notifications about the shipments involved in your orders natively to your admin panel. You can then configure your own flows in Shopify based on the data received by our systems.

Event Groups​

Karla provides the following event groups to your Shopify shop for each shipment involved in your orders:

  • ATTEMPTED_DELIVERY
  • CARRIER_PICKED_UP
  • DELAYED
  • DELIVERED
  • FAILURE
  • IN_TRANSIT
  • OUT_FOR_DELIVERY
  • PICKED_UP
  • READY_FOR_PICKUP

These events will be sent to the fulfillment endpoint of the specific order, matching the status of the shipment in Shopify. It will take effect into the Order status page.
